220 L - Briess Malting - Contributes color and rich, sharp flavor characteristic of Stouts and some Porters. Impacts foam color. This malt provides color and rich, sharp flavor which is a characteristic in Stouts and some Porters. It may be used with Black Malt to brew a Stout with more color and less intense Roasted Barley flavor notes. You can use Chocolate Malt or Black Malt in combination with Roasted Barley to obtain desired color.
